| It sometimes happens that you receive mail at your address, while it is meant for a certain business which actually does not have its domicile in the same property. What should you do in such a case? There are two possibilities:
Either this used to be the former registered address of the firm in question;
in the meantime the registered office of this firm has moved to a different address and you only receive its old mail. In this case there isn’t really a problem.
Or the registered office of this firm is indeed domiciled at your address; if this is the case, you do have a problem. Indeed, if that firm would have to be seized because of
unpaid debts, the seizure could perfectly be executed at your own address!
To avoid such unpleasant situations, you had better immediately contact the public authorities concerned.
