During a preliminary conversation we will determine together the aims to be obtained. Thereafter, the coach will guide you, or your co-worker’s learning process during the concrete exercise of their tasks. This will take place on the basis of an equivalent face-to-face relation. The aim of coaching is to increase the personal efficiency. Coaching of groups, however is also possible. The coach will then search for collective patterns in the behaviour and thinking process within the group.
