| Content | In the summer month of July, no detailed analysis of the evolution of bankruptcies is published. Therefore you wil only find an overview of the most relevant data.
The holiday period is a time when traditionally less adjudication orders are issued. This is also the case this year. However, when comparing the bankruptcy level of the past month of July with the figures registered during the previous years, we note that the record level is still maintained. With 616 adjudication orders in the course of July, last year’s record (at that time 605 bankruptcies) has now been broken again.
Until now, 6.174 enterprises were declared bankrupt in 2012. This means an increase of 173 adjudication orders in comparison with the same period last year, when 6.001 adjudication orders were issued (an increase of +2,88%).
